Letters from your N4N Editor
On January 13, 2022, Neighbors for Neighborhoods LQ (N4N) filed a notice of intent to circulate a petition to phase-out and permanently ban non-hosted short term vacation rentals within the non-exempt communities of La Quinta city. The petition was then successfully circulated and submitted to the city clerk and the city council voted to place Measure A on the November 8, 2022 ballot.
These listed email communications were sent to our N4N members and friends to update, inform and clarify the important issues surrounding Measure A

YES on Measure A is best for La Quinta
YES on A will restore zoning protections to residential neighborhoods compromised by short term vacation rentals. Nightly renters are disruptive and unfair to neighborhoods.

Vote YES on Measure A
YES on A is a common-sense solution to RESTRICT short-term vacation rentals to the 11 areas already designated by La Quinta for commercial tourism.
