Letters from your N4N Editor

On January 13, 2022, Neighbors for Neighborhoods LQ (N4N) filed a notice of intent to circulate a petition to phase-out and permanently ban non-hosted short term vacation rentals within the non-exempt communities of La Quinta city. The petition was then successfully circulated and submitted to the city clerk and the city council voted to place Measure A on the November 8, 2022 ballot.
